‘Day Of’ Wedding Coordination Service: $1500

This service is designed for those who want to plan their own wedding but need assistance executing the final details.

1. •Your Coordinator will work with you from six weeks prior to your wedding date to prepare for your rehearsal and wedding day events
   

2. •We will confirm the final details with all vendors as well as creation & distribution of detailed timeline on the wedding day to the vendors, wedding party & key family members
   

3. •Coordinate & attend the wedding rehearsal
   

4. •Confirm & distribute final payments to all wedding professionals on the day of the wedding
   

5. •Be on site to manage the set up & break down of the ceremony and reception & to oversee the smooth running of the day
   

Full Service Coordination: $3500

We will research service providers to suit your individual needs and requests, whilst determining your budget to maximize your dollars & maintain your budget with cost cutting tips along the way. We make the calls, negotiate on your behalf, present options, handle bookings, execute contracts, confirm and follow up on services secured for the following just to name a few things:

1. •Introduction to the finest vendors available in Hawaii
   

2. •Assist in managing your estimated wedding budget
   

3. •Schedule & attend all meetings with your chosen vendors: Photographer; Caterer; Florist; Makeup artist; Entertainment; Officiate
   

4. •Arranging design options i.e. favors, chair covers, tent, equipment etc.
   

5. •Arranging & coordinating transport for bridal party to ceremony & reception
   

6. •Coordinate & attend the wedding rehearsal
